We will confirm your order, including availability and price, within 24 hrs.

Minimum Orders

Because our market orientation is towards manufacturers and wholesale distributors, we require a minimum of 500 lbs. per order.  We can accommodate smaller orders for specific product development.

Lead Time

Lead time can vary by item.  For most products, we can arrange next day pick up at one of our own warehouses. For same day pickup, there is an extra charge.

Product Pricing

Generally we update our prices monthly.  If a particular market is moving dramatically, we may update prices more frequently.

Price structure is bracketed depending on order size.  General brackets are:

• Less than a pallet (> 2000 lbs.)
• One (1) Pallet
• Two (2) Pallets
• Five (5) Pallets
• Greater than Five (5) Pallets
• Full Truckload

Additionally, we do offer contracts as one mechanism to control market risk.  This enables the customer to secure a fixed price for a certain volume for delivery over a specified shipment period.

Product Packaging

It can vary by item, however most products are packaged in 25 lb. or 50 lb. bags or cartons.  Custom packaging may be available depending on volume. 

Packaged product is palletized and shrink-wrapped prior to transport.  Generally, product is stacked 2000 lbs. per pallet. 

Delivery / Distribution Facilities

Product is made available for pickup at one of our national distribution facilities or we can arrange delivery via common carrier.

Our primary focus is North America, but we can also ship to most global destinations.  Generally, our minimum for international orders is one (1) fcl.
